A former child gives back; becomes CCS caregiver.

Bianca Joyce Decierdo was a child who was sponsored under CCS’s Urban Poor Program. She was supported to receive educational and nurture assistance in 2007 when she was in Grade 2. CCS supporters continued helping her until she finished her senior high school. Ever since 2007, she showed good academic performance and actively participated in all CCS activities.

Bianca postponed college and decided to find work to support her younger sister, the only family member she has. She takes care of her younger sister, especially after the death of their parents and their maternal grandmother, who passed away last year. As a caregiver, she treats our children just like her own children. She shows unconditional love and cares to all our children. She tells everyone that she is happy to work with CCS, her second home, and share her passion with the children.

This September 2020, she was officially hired as one of the receiving home caregivers. CCS is very proud of the hard work and dedication that she shows in caring for our children.
