Welcoming Carl: A Heartwarming Addition to the Concordia Family

It is with great joy and excitement to introduce you to Carl, the newest member of the Concordia family! At the tender age of four, Carl was recently reunited with his beloved sibling, Joemark, at the Concordia home in May. Having spent most of his infancy at the Home for the Angels Orphanage, our dedicated social worker, Sir Rovheen, successfully located Carl during his case study for Joemark, who had been neglected by their parents and referred to Concordia home. Witnessing their emotional reunion was a truly heartwarming moment filled with sheer happiness.
Life at Concordia Home
Transitioning to his new home at Concordia was not without its challenges for Carl. Adapting to a different routine from his previous environment required time and patience. Just like any siblings, Carl and Joemark had their fair share of small brotherly quarrels. However, as time went on, Carl’s shyness transformed into curiosity and bright smiles, as he gradually settled into his new surroundings. “Carl has truly embraced his new home. He used to be reserved and rarely interacted with staff and visitors, but now he is incredibly sociable and a truly wonderful child,” shared by Sir Rohveen, his social worker.
A Sweet Little Boy
The compassionate staff at Concordia quickly discovered the multitude of talents hidden within Carl. His love for singing and dancing brings immense joy to those around him, often expressing his desire to perform for his caregivers. The Caregivers also appreciate his talkative nature, as Carl often poses questions about the world around him, displaying an eagerness to learn and explore. Moreover, his sociable demeanor shines through as he warmly interacts with others, delighting in getting his picture taken and delights in sharing moments of hugs and kisses. “Every morning when he wakes up, Carl gives me kisses on the cheek and greets me with a cheerful ‘Good morning mama Jo’,” shared Mama Jo, his primary caregiver.
As we embark on this new chapter with Carl and Joemark, our greatest hope is to find them both forever homes where they can experience the love and stability every child deserves.
